5 MHz Fiber Optic Output - Generates optical signals for use by external optical receivers that provide 5 MHz and/or 10 MHz frequency outputs. A version is available that provides a 5 MHz optical output for use with other than the FEI-Zyfer optic receiver. In the -01 and -02 versions the actual frequency of the generated optical signal is twice the frequency of the connected optical receiver. Doubling the frequency through the fiber allows for a better sine wave signal to be created by the FEI-Zyfer fiber optic receiver (395-1012-01 and 395-1012-02). 385-4011-01
